GBNG Directory is a business networking directory app operated by Gangaputra Business Network Group (GBNG), created to help members of our business community connect, discover, and reach one another.

When you register as a member (registration is performed by an administrator on your behalf), we collect and store the following information:

- Business name
- Business category
- Phone number
- WhatsApp number
- Business description
- Email address
- Website (if provided)
- Business address and city
We also use your email address and a password to authenticate you via Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google.
## 3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Display your business profile to other verified members of the directory
- Allow other members to contact you directly via phone call or WhatsApp
- Authenticate your access to the app
- Allow you to view and update your own profile information
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
## 4. How Your Information Is Shared
Your business profile information (name, business name, category, phone, WhatsApp number, description, email, website, address, and city) is visible to **other logged-in members** of the GBNG Directory app. It is not visible to the public or to anyone outside the app.
Your account credentials (email and password) are never shared with other members and are managed securely through Firebase Authentication.
## 5. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google. Access to member data is restricted through security rules: members can only view and edit their own account details (excluding role and account status), while administrators manage account creation, activation, and role assignment.
## 6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active within the directory. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please contact us using the details below.
## 7. Your Choices
You may:
- View and edit your own profile information at any time by logging into the app
- Request account deactivation or deletion by contacting an administrator
## 8. Children's Privacy
GBNG Directory is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
