1. Introduction
DIGITAL FL TORIQUL LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the "Signature Maker – Digital Sign" mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our App. By using this App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Core Functionality – Offline
All core features of this App (signature creation, PDF signing, image signing, scan signature, stamp creation, history, and image editing) work offline by default. Your signatures, images, signed PDFs, stamps, and history records are stored locally on your device. Internet is only needed for optional actions such as opening URLs, email links, Google Play pages, and external resources.

3. Data Handling & User-Initiated Sharing
We do not collect personal identity information for core signature features. Signatures, images, stamps, scan results, and signed PDFs are processed locally by default. The App may store preference flags on your device using SharedPreferences (for example, rating prompt status and app settings). These values are not uploaded to our servers. If you voluntarily use optional online actions (such as feedback, feature requests, app sharing, file sharing, in-app review, or opening external links), only the data required for that action is handled by the selected system app or respective provider.

4. Permissions & Usage
To provide core functionality, the App requires the following permissions. All permissions are used exclusively for the stated purposes:

• INTERNET Permission:
Purpose: Opening URLs, email links, and accessing external resources. Data Handling: No personal data is collected or tracked by us.

• CAMERA Permission:
Purpose: Enabling users to scan handwritten signatures from physical documents using their device camera. Data Handling: All image processing occurs locally on your device. Captured images are never transmitted, stored on external servers, or shared unless you explicitly choose to export them.

• STORAGE/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Permission (Android 12 and below):
Purpose: (1) Importing PDF files from your device to add signatures, (2) selecting images from your gallery for image signing and signature creation, (3) saving created signatures, stamps, edited images, and signed documents locally or to your gallery, and (4) accessing previously saved signature files selected by you. Data Handling: All file operations are local to your device. We do not scan, monitor, or access files outside the scope of your explicit actions.

• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Permission (Android 10 and below):
Purpose: Saving exported signatures, stamps, edited images, and signed documents to device storage or gallery on older Android versions. Data Handling: Export only happens when you choose to save or export a file.

• Photo/Video Media Permissions:
The App does not request broad READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, or READ_MEDIA_AUDIO permissions on newer Android versions. Image and PDF selection is initiated by you through system/file picker flows where available.

5. Data Security
Since user-generated files remain on your device, you are responsible for their security and backups. We do not have access to your signatures, images, stamps, or PDFs. Deleting the App may remove locally stored app data and history records created within the App, while files you explicitly exported to your gallery or shared storage may remain on your device until you delete them.

6. Advanced Stamp & Signature Features
The App includes advanced stamp creation and signature customization tools such as:

• Stamp Creator:
Allows users to create custom stamps with various shapes (circle, rectangle, hexagon, star, shield, diamond, etc.), colors, fonts, and effects. All stamp data is processed and stored locally on your device.

• Custom Color Picker:
Provides a color selection interface for personalizing stamps and signatures. Color selections are never transmitted or tracked externally.

7. Optional Sharing, Rating & External Links
The App may let you share files through Android share sheets, open signed files with compatible apps, request an in-app Google Play review, open the Google Play Store listing, open email links, or visit external websites and developer pages. These actions are initiated by you or by the platform review prompt. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party apps, websites, or services that you choose to use. Please review their respective privacy policies.

8. Local Storage & Deletion
The App uses local device storage, app documents/cache directories, SQLite, and SharedPreferences to store signatures, image paths, PDF paths, local history, rating prompt state, and app settings. You can delete individual history items in the App where available. You may also clear app data or uninstall the App from Android settings to remove app-local records. Exported files saved to gallery/shared storage must be deleted from the relevant gallery or file manager app.

9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
