Although most of the time in a chillax mood, his anger issues can be presented easily given the situation (very well might be bipolar. Being the "smart one", he watches over his friends, often calling out his friends on their stupidity right before doing something just as stupid, a big hypocrite. a loyal Scottish police officer dog who abides and enforces the city rules, sometimes a little too much. Stands and walks the street corners waiting for ruckus to happen. He hates the Street-Catz and Rock and Rollers with a strong passion and thinks their a menace to society and a threat to the city. He claims he wont stop at nothing to rid the city of crime and he's easily scared of lightning and horrified of the police chief.
