dr. Balaji Gururajan

Brief Introduction

Hello there! This is Dr. Balaji Gururajan, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Yuan Ze University, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Currently, I am living in Taiwan and working on the fabrication of IR photodetectors, thin-film solar cells, and thin-film transistors. I completed my PhD in thin film solar cells from the Department of Physics, PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India, under the guidance of Dr. R. Balasundaraprabhu (2015–2020). I love travelling, photography, trekking, and playing badminton. I would like to collaborate with people from different universities working on thin films and its applications.
