I completed my Graduate Certificate in Biblical Care and Counseling from Heritage Seminary in April of 2026. I have my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, my B.Ed. from Nipissing University and a Specialist in Special Education (Behaviour) from the University of Toronto. I have also completed training in Trauma Informed Care (Adverse Childhood Experiences and Resilience Learning) from The ACES Coalition of Guelph and Wellington. I retired from a 35 year career as a teacher two years ago.

My areas of focus include:

• Trauma and anxiety in women and children

• Behaviour management for children

• Biblical guidance for hope and change

I began pursuing Biblical Counseling after retiring from teaching, because I observed that many women, children and families were struggling with the pressures of adverse circumstances in their lives.

      I believe that God transforms our lives, giving us strength as we receive guidance from the Holy Spirit and learn how to abide in Christ. I look forward to meeting with you, listening to your struggles and growing in Christ together!
