PTA Membership

Join the Gayhead PTA to help support educational and fun programs for our students.  Membership can be completed on our Givebacks Webpage: https://gayheadpta.givebacks.com/

You can also use the form on this page to join or renew.  Simply print the form, follow the directions and send the form and payment to your student's teacher in an envelope labeled PTA Membership.  If you would like to print a copy of the membership form, click on the image to open a PDF copy.  

Membership must be renewed by members each school year to help support that year's events.  Thank you to all of those who join every year and support!
