Stars Above

Stars Above is a lullaby written for a coworker’s newborn. We would always work the closing shift together under the twinkling summer sky. Once his daughter Maegan was born, we never worked the night shift together. Stars Above is a lullaby to remember those nights and celebrate the birth of his daughter.

This piece is dedicated to Nathan, Andrea, and baby Maegan!
