Hands Up, Hearts Open is a reflection on my conversations with God during worship. As I dealt with anxiety, mourning, hopelessness, and loss; worship became my safe space to talk to God. With hands raised or fists clenched, worship is where I can let all my burdens go and find rest in him. 

This piece should be treated as an act of worship by the performers. Performers are free to take any repeats as they please. Rest in the moment. Allow this time to be a place for you to make music and talk to God.
