What is GAVC?

GAVC is a Career Center that houses 13 diverse, hands-on programs that are meant to prepare students for post secondary education, union apprenticeships, and direct entry into a career field.

Where Is GAVC?

GAVC is located at 1002 Union street Morris IL 60450.

We also have several satellite programs located in Coal City, IL.

Who Can Take Courses at GAVC?

Juniors and Seniors area eligible to take courses at GAVC. Your school counselor will determine how and if it fits into your schedule.

Why Take Courses at GAVC?

GAVC programs are different from your traditional classrooms. They are meant to replicate real world industries and provide hands-learning to students interested in different career paths.

GAVC offers both dual credit through JJC and the possibility of earning industry recognized credentials

GAVC offers job shadowing opportunities, scholarships, industry partnerships, the use of the latest industry technology.
