2. The contents and services of www.gavaramarriage.site are for information purpose only and will not be responsible for any transactions or relationships thereof, Gavara Marriage is not at all responsible for the correctness or authenticity of the information given by the party.

4. If a party wants to make use of the information supplied through us, then it is the duty of party concerned to verify, investigate by their own ways & means and satisfy themselves about the information.

5. Gavara Marriage shall take proper action against the applicant if found at any later stage, having given false information or concealing material facts.

6. Members are advised to make appropriate thorough enquiries regarding marital status, age, income etc. before acting upon any proposal listed at www.gavaramarriage.site

7. By using www.gavaramarriage.site & the internet in general the application is vulnerable to risks like privacy exposure, damages due to viruses etc.

8. By listing a matrimonial profile, the person making such profile hereby agrees not to hold Gavara Marriage responsible against any suit or complaint civil, pecuniary or criminal and against any claims or damages which may be brought against or levied on Gavara Marriage on account of any matter arising out of, or relating to such posting or responses received from such posting.

9. Gavara Marriage shall not be responsible in case the information / photographs of the members so displayed in the site are unauthorized copied / printed / published / forged / superimposed / manipulated etc. or misused by any user / member / visitor.

10. The proposals are listed here in good faith. We request you to maintain the highest courtesy while responding to any profile featured here.

11. Minimum age, in case of female, should be not less than 18 years and in case of male, not less than 21 years.

12. The information filled in should be Complete, Authentic & True and the member is fully responsible for it.

13. FREE registration is available in offline and online on www.gavaramarriage.site.

14. After 7 days one may take a PAID membership or we may not delete the profile from our website.

15. PAID membership is available in three different packages. (Please read ‘Membership Plans’).

16. Membership fee once paid is neither refundable nor transferable.

17. Members who get engaged or married are earnestly requested to inform Gavara Marriage, thereby helping us to delete your profile from our records and avoid further disturbance to either of us. Deletion of the profile must have a plan.

The information filled in registration is true to the best of my knowledge. I have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions of Gavara Marriage.
