1. Introduction
GaurShip helps users list and discover logistics or vehicle space and manage related bookings and payments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.1 Account and profile
We collect information you provide when you register or use the App, such as name, email address, phone number, and other profile details needed to operate the service.

We process information you submit about routes, locations, availability, cargo or shipment details, booking requests, status updates, and messages or content needed to connect shippers and carriers.
2.3 Location
With your permission, we may access device location to support features such as place search, route or pickup/drop-off context, and security or fraud-prevention analysis. You can disable location access in your device settings; some features may not work fully without it.
2.4 Photos, files, and documents
If you upload images, PDFs, or other files (for example proofs or documents), we process and store such content as needed to provide the service.
2.5 Device and technical data
We may collect device-related information (for example device model, OS version, and app identifiers) and use it for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and improving reliability.
2.6 Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers; payment partners handle card data according to their own policies and industry standards.

We may log usage data, IP address, timestamps, and similar technical data when you use the App and our backend services.

Show listings, facilitate bookings, and operate matching between users

We do not sell your personal information to third parties in the ordinary sense of “selling” personal data for money.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on service providers, including but not limited to:
Supabase (or similar backend): hosting, database, authentication, and related infrastructure. Data is processed on their systems under their terms and security practices.
Google (e.g. Places / Maps–related APIs used for address or location search): queries may be sent to Google subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay): payment transactions are subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy.
Fonts or other SDKs: some UI components may load assets (such as fonts) from third parties; those providers may receive technical data typical of web or API requests.
