About me

Hello,


I am Gaurav Nirala, currently, a Ph.D. candidate in quantum optics at the Center for Quantum Research and Technology (CQRT), University of Oklahoma (OU), USA.


Prior to this, I worked as a project assistant in the Light and Matter Physics (LAMP) Group at Raman Research Institute, India under the guidance of Prof. Urbasi Sinha. This work was related to "Inference of the average value of non-Hermitian operator via weak value". 


I graduated from the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), India with Integrated M.Sc. (BS+MS) in physics in 2014.
