All our courses/training sessions may be provided as 5 levels: Elementary, Beginner, Intermediate, Upper - Intermediate and/or Advanced.

Help Desk Support

KSC also provides our clients with technical assistance and support for each training session related to computer systems, hardware and/or software. Our customer service professionals also responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions.
