We are very pleased to announce the conference "From Schubert Calculus to Representation Theory", from September 02 to 04, 2024, to be held at the Department of Mathematics at UFS, in Aracaju, SE, Brazil.

The conference brings together invited senior and young researchers working in the field of Algebraic Geometry, Representation Theory, Commutative and Noncommutative Algebras, and related areas. The event also celebrates the 60th birthday of Letterio Gatto, an Italian-born mathematician with a Brazilian soul.
