First off, I'm not particularly good with Verse, so please keep in mind this device was made by a beginner.
This device was made for Speedy Edits 2 Deluxe so we could always respawn players in the zone, so it has these attributes;
1. Storm Beacons are randomly teleported within a bound radius, while respecting a minimum and maximum distance from the PREVIOUS storm beacon.
2. There is a prop constantly moving along with the center of the storm ("StormAnchor"), basically you can track the middle of it this way. Attach anything you want to follow the storm to this prop, in my case I found it useful for supply drops.

If you're already using this device and need help, here's some useful information as to what each editable property in the device is for:
StormAnchor: Any creative prop which will be always smoothly moved across storm phases. Make sure your beacon settings are properly set up as well. Attach everything you want to follow the storm to this prop.
AdvancedStormController: Select your advanced storm controller device.
BoundRadius: The ring that the center of the storm will never leave, all storm beacons will be within this range. Mess with this setting a lot since the value from the Advanced Storm Controller won't work here. For example, Deluxe's Storm has a bound radius of 20 000.
MinBeaconDistance: The minimum distance between each storm beacon. Remember for each beacon we only take into account the location of the single previous one, not all of the previous ones.
MaxBeaconDistance: The same as MinBeaconDistance, but for the maximum distance it will move.
StormAnchorHeight: How high up your StormAnchor should be, use the "Up (prev. Z)" value from your actor's location to set this up.
TriggerStorm: Link up a trigger device to generate the storm.
Beacons: It is VERY IMPORTANT you match the settings from your Storm Beacon Device to the ones inside this Verse device, ResizeTime and WaitTime need to be the same as the Beacon's properties of the same name.
