It'd be helpful if in your message you include what you want and attach a few reference images that are similar to what you want, I might ask for more details if I'm unsure of what to do at first, but once I have enough material to work with I'll tell you the cost and if you're good with it, I'll make a quick mock-up and send it over to you. If you're satisfied with it, I'll ask you to pay half of the full price so I can begin working on the finished version. I don't do refunds, so that's why I do a mock-up first.

As I make progress on your commission, I'll reach out frequently to make sure I'm going in the right direction and avoid doing big revisions. I'll do as many revisions as necessary to achieve the result you want, but if I'm almost finished with the commission and a big change is required, I might charge extra depending on how much I have to re-do, but never more than 5 USD. 

The amount of time I take will depend on how big the project is, but I'll always give you an approximate amount of time, and if I fail to deliver within said time-frame I'll give you a full refund unless you want me to continue.

Once everything is settled and you're happy with the final result, I'll ask for the other half of the full price and send you a Google Drive link to a folder containing the files in whatever format you requested (I'll just assume PNG) and the PSD file if you want to edit it!
