About Us
Alejandra Carmona
I'm a sophomore at the University of Houston-Downtown with a major in biology. In the future I plan to become a pediatrician. I'm very passionate about helping others because I believe it only takes one person to start making a difference. We decided to come up with this project because we understand that our community has had difficult times trying to reconstruct their homes after Hurricane Harvey.
Isis De Ochoa
I am a senior in BIS and pursuing a masters degree in social services. I strive to take all the things that make me different and use them to support my dream. I want to help others turn their lives around by taking negative labels and weaknesses and using them to create positive action. My weakness is my strength and only I can make it happen.
