Gathering With Purpose is about making time and space for the reflection, learning, and connection that drives community. My name is Jennifer Hlavka and I'm starting this business as an outgrowth of my experience teaching adults in the public education sector for over a decade on topics such as dignity; leadership; diversity, equity, and inclusion; vision, mission, and goal-setting; team dynamics, and personal efficacy. I'm excited to cultivate learning resources and create experiences that connect individuals with themselves and others to create community.

My mission is to create lifelong learning that matters- matters of personal, team, and workplace purpose, fulfillment, and growth.

My vision is to change the conversations the world is having with themselves and with others.
