Gather and Celebrate Productions is a Black- and woman-owned business founded by Olivia Ernstoff, an experienced event planner, project manager, and community builder with more than a decade of expertise in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and inclusive programming.

Rooted in the belief that meaningful connection transforms every experience, we specialize in thoughtful event planning and creative project management. From intimate celebrations to large community gatherings, we bring visions to life with care, intention, and creativity.

Currently operating as a mobile business across the Pittsburgh region, our long-term vision is to establish a welcoming hub for coworking, collaboration, and community connection.

Whether you’re planning a special celebration, launching a new initiative, or creating opportunities for people to come together, Gather and Celebrate Productions is here to make it happen.
