Announcements - These are general announcements provided by the Board to amplify issues within the condominium group. but is also open to local residents who wish to post items of interest to those within Gatespark Private. 

Forms - These forms are used for general information submissions by Gatespark Private residents to the Corporation. 

Snowfall - Ottawa Snowfall Record / Official Environment Canada Link - Ottawa International Airport NOTE: the 22/23 snow removal contract is issued to Vilagro Landscaping and Snow Removal out of Stittsville for this Winter season (15 November 2022 to 1 April 2023). The table at the link includes the snow (cm) and freezing rain (1 mm=1 cm) precipitation totals for this Winter season. Do note that the trend has seen an increase in accumulated snowfall over the entire season for the last few years and therefore our budget is prepared to accept any accumulation. The contract cap this year is 250cm, providing good coverage within our budgeted amount for snow removal.

For any complaints or issues regarding the contractor, please do not contact the contractor directly. Contact your Board as it is the Boards responsibility to manage the contract.
