J.J. and Denise grew up here in northwest Oklahoma both graduating from Laverne high school. After high school they attended The Apostolic Faith Bible College in Baxter Springs Ks graduating in 2002. The following May they were married at Midway Country Church in Logan Oklahoma.  From 2003 to 2007 the couple served as youth pastors at the First Assembly of God Church in Stillwater Oklahoma while pursuing their degrees in Education. In 2005 J.J. was ordained as a minister by the Apostolic Faith Bible College. The couple have served in pastoral ministry alongside their ministry of teaching and coaching in public  schools.
