Absolutely not!

Under the guidelines of local/ municipal councils, this scheme cannot be forced upon the residents and must not contain any element of force ("tanpa unsur paksaan"). Do not be coerced into joining. Please do not condone to illegal G&G.

Residents that chose not to sign up cannot be blocked or discriminated in any ways. At the same time, roads cannot be blocked and the public (community) cannot be denied access at all times.
