This Privacy Policy describes how Kobasic ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Gate Grinders (the "App"), available on Google Play.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect the following categories of information:
In-app purchase records (transaction IDs, purchase timestamps) processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country, and unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID).
Gameplay data: levels completed, in-game currency balances, time spent in the App, in-app events.
Diagnostic data: crash logs and performance metrics.
Advertising data: information needed to deliver ads, including your Advertising ID, ad interactions, and approximate location derived from IP address.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input.
We use the collected information to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the App;
Process in-app purchases through Google Play;
Display advertisements (including rewarded video and interstitial ads);
Measure ad performance and prevent fraud;
Analyze gameplay patterns to balance the game;
Diagnose crashes and technical issues;

These providers may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to provide their services. They may also share data with their own affiliates and partners.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
When you opt out, ads will still appear but will be non-personalized.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it.
For users in the European Union, the App is not directed to children under 16 without parental consent.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
Access: request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
Correction: request correction of inaccurate information.
Deletion: request deletion of your information.

Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

We retain device and gameplay data for as long as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. Local progress is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and members of the European Economic Area. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
