The aim of this webpage is to collect, in a non-systematic way, the numerous Geometry, Topology, and Algebra seminars in the city of Madrid.
Non-Kähler Hodge theory and deformations of complex structures

Geometric methods in Symplectic geometry
ICMAT
Oliver Piltran (CNRS and University of Versailles). Polinomios aditivos y espacios de arcos en característica positiva.
Helena Cobo Pablos (Universidad de Sevilla): Global b-function with weights of a family of ideals in the Weyl algebra.
Abstract: The global b-function with weights was defined by Saito, Strumfels and Takayama for holonomic ideals in the Weyl algebra. We describe it for a special family of ideals (joint work with Francisco Castro Jiménez).
Edoardo Sernesi (Univ. Roma Tre). Syzygy schemes and classical geometry.
Syzygy schemes of a projective variety will be introduced and illustrated by some classical examples. Then I will present a result characterizing those canonical curves which coincide with their second syzygy scheme (jt. work with M. Aprodu and A. Bruno).
Edoardo Sernesi (Univ. Roma Tre). The problem of characterizing K3 curves.
I will survey some known results about the characterization of curves lying on a K3 surface, and describe different points of view on the subject
