The Presidential Graduate Research Fellowship (PGRF) is a university-wide competition designed to recruit non-resident graduate students who demonstrate outstanding potential for achievement in research or creative activity. Awards provide a waiver of non-resident tuition for the first year of an SDSU graduate program, and are renewable subject to good academic standing.

The Scholarship directs institutional funding to support recruitment, retention, and timely degree completion for excellent master’s students engaged in scholarship advancing the university's goals for research and creative activity. Scholarships will be awarded to continuing and entering master’s students through a competitive process.

The Cognella Graduate Student Scholarship is available to graduate students in the Public Administration, Criminal Justice and Criminology and City Planning programs who are serving as graduate assistants.

Selected to represent Argentina at the UNAOC-EF Leadership Summer School. Only candidate chosen in Argentina who joined other 74 participants from around the world, out of a pool of 14,000 applications. Presented my Diversity Sensitivity Workshop for Police Cadets in Buenos Aires City.

The Carver Scholarship is in honor of George Washington Carver who attended Simpson College. Carver Scholarships are awarded to both first-year and transfer students from distinctive and broadly diverse backgrounds, who will help enrich the educational environment and bring multicultural perspectives to the campus community. Consideration is given to students with strong academic credentials and who exhibit potential for leadership and have contributed to their community.
