Registration

The early registration deadline is May 1st, 2026 (Rome timezone).

Early registration fees are:

• Academic 300 €

• Student  180 €

Late registration fees are:

• Academic  420 €

• Student  300 €

Registration fees includes:

• Public Transport

• coffee breaks

• lunches

• social events (excursion + dinner)

For accompanying persons, the fee for participation to the excursion is 50 €. For accompying persons that are not guests of Hotel Belsoggiorno the fee for the social dinner is 50 € .

A limited number of scholarships covering part of the registration fee is available for PhD students with an accepted paper. The scholarship application must be submitted by March 22, 2026 (send an email to antonio.bernini@unifi.it).

At least one author per paper should register. Papers that do not have a registered author will be excluded from the proceedings.

Registration instruction

Registration is now open.

Participants should send an email both to paolo.massazza@uninsubria.it and to antonio.bernini@unifi.it (subject "GASCom 26 Registration") indicating the following data:

• First name

• Surname

• Title

• Affiliation

• Title of the contribution

• number of accompanying persons

You should also contact Hotel Bel Soggiorno to pay the registration fee and to book a room. We have negotiated a special rate for the stay at Hotel Bel Soggiorno. It includes half board in a double or single room. Here are the options (daily rates per person):

7 nights

• 83 € in double room

• 90 € in single room

• 110 € in double room (single occupancy)

5 nights

• 87 € in double room

• 95 € in single room

• 116 € in double room (single occupancy)

For a different length of stay or different type of room (triple) ask the hotel.

 The mail to info@belsoggiornotrentino.it (with subject "GASCom 26") should contain all data for registration as well as for booking (arrival date, departure date, room type). The hotel will reply indicating the payment methods.
