Registration fee refers  to an all-inclusive package negotiated with the Hotel Belsoggiorno

Before the early registration deadline May 24st:

Registration fees includes conference registration, coffee breaks, full board at the Hotel Belsoggiorno and social events.

A limited number of scholarships covering part of the registration fee is available for PhD students with an accepted paper. The scholarship application must be submitted by March 22, 2026 (send an email to ...).

At least one author per paper should register. Papers that do not have a registered author will be excluded from the proceedings.

Registration instruction

Registration is not yet open. We are negotiating with the hotel a special all-inclusive tariff. It will include

• full board in a double-room (other types of room also available)

• conference registration

• coffe-breaks

• social events

As a guide, the rate will be in the range of 600-750 euros (for 5 days) or 800-950 (for 7 days). There will be a special rate also for accompanying persons.
