Electronic books are gaining immense popularity. Readers prefer to read books online. There are a lot of advantages and disadvantages in the Electronic books. It is similar to a coin which has two sides. The advantages are they are eco friendly meaning no cutting of trees for paper, they occupy very less space, which mean more number of books can be carried in your pocket. It costs very less than a real book. The electronic books are customisable and can be viewed according to our preferences. The wedding organisers use the electronic books to generate great ideas for the different weddings they plan, as the electronic books can be taken anywhere and everywhere.

The disadvantages of electronic books are that it will definitely not feel like holding the book in hand. It is at times not so convenient to read. Prolonged hours of staring into the gadgets can cause headaches and also not good for the eye sight. Piracy is one greatest disadvantages. Suppose you want to share a normal book, your friend would either photocopy it or just finish the book and exchange the book, while in case of an electronic book, the exchange is just an email away, due to which the authors privacy is at risk.
