Hi, I’m Garry—a nurse, educator, leader, and mentor with a passion for supporting the people who support others.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across clinical and academic settings, from the bedside to the boardroom. I’ve mentored early-career educators, helped teams grow their confidence in research, and facilitated reflective practice across organisations. Whatever the setting, my focus is the same: creating space for people to grow, lead, and thrive.

I’m driven by a simple belief—that people deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered. My nursing background has shaped how I lead: with compassion, clarity, and a strong commitment to connection. And my experience in higher education has taught me the value of reflection, structure, and community.
