GARPC / Peach State Combine Pigeon Shipping and Release Line

This line connects to a recorded message pertaining to the shipping of the race pigeons and when the race pigeons are released for a race.

The message is updated no later than 4:00 p.m. eastern time if shipping has been postponed or cancelled for that day.

The message is updated the morning the pigeons are released for a race informing the flyers the time the pigeons were released and a summary of the weather conditons at the time of release. Usually this recording informs GARPC members the time in which the race clocks are to be opened to determine the winner of the race.
