You need to download the golf courses in the CONNECT app NOT just in the GOLF app. The two apps inexplicably do not talk to each other for golf course, bizarre when they patently do for scorecards etc.

I play golf at West Mailing on Kent .they have 2 courses the hurricane and spitfire...until recently both courses loaded fine...but recently the spitfire course fails to load...I have deleted it and downloaded it again..reset my watch. Deleted the watch from my phone the reconnected it via Bluetooth...and synched my phone and my watch several times..so I'm thinking the problem is with the course data...any help with this matter would be appreciated

Please update your Garmin Connect app. This was resolved with the most recent update. Check your Play Store, search Garmin Connect and update if you can. Version 4.45 is the version you need to install. If you do not see that version, please restart your phone. Make sure you delete all the courses in the app and re-download them once your app is updated. They should sync and load on the watch just fine.

My Approach G-6 lists hole #10 as a par 2; it is 368yds in length from the white tees and I've never played a par 2 outside of putt-putt golf. The course is North Star Golf Course, 4550 S Bagley Rd, Ithaca, MI 48847. I play in two leagues there and practice during the other days. I would appreciate a correct updating to the course. I have the same problem with my Fenix 6S. The courses are downloaded to the app, but when playing on other course since last time I need to do several soft resets before it syncs correctly.

Although courses are downloaded individually through the Garmin Connect app instead of through the Garmin Express program like devices that have preloaded mapping, the course information will be identical.

The course will now be saved in the Connect app, and is ready to sync to the watch when you are at the course. See the steps for adding golf courses to the watch for steps on transferring the course from the Garmin Connect app to your watch.

The device will now show the 5 closest courses based on your watch's GPS location. Select the course to be played, and the full course will be downloaded. The most recently played golf course will remain cached on the device once it is downloaded, and can be accessed without the need for a Bluetooth connection.

Access Golf ended their operation at Kayak Point Golf Course on October 21, 2019. Access Golf could no longer meet its contractual obligations of paying Snohomish County a flat fee of $90,000 per year in addition to the Surface Water Management Fees (SWM), 5% admission tax, and lease hold excise tax, etc. Snohomish County renegotiated the flat fee in 2017 for 2018 from $170,000 to $90,000 with the hope that Access Golf could continue to finically afford to operate the golf course with a lesser flat fee.

In 2017, the City of Bothell purchased the Wayne Golf Course and discontinued golf there while offering a passive use park, public parking, and off leash dogs instead. The City of Everett, with their budget shortfall, indicated recently they are re-considering whether to continue to subsidize golf at Legion and Walter Hall Golf Courses.

We received three (3) written proposals. One from a California company that wanted Snohomish County to pay them an annual fee of $45,000 plus $1500 per month for accounting services, lease fifty (50) golf carts, and purchase, maintain, and repair other golf carts and all maintenance equipment. The second proposal received was from a local golf course operator of one golf course. The third proposal was from a disc golf operator. We asked the second and third proposers to present their business plan and strategy to the RFP Evaluation Committee and to the Snohomish County Parks, Recreation & Tourism Director. The Parks Director determined that neither standalone proposals were finically sustainable but did like several components of their proposals related to upgrading the restaurant, offering special events, and outdoor activities, etc.

We are hoping with the next RFP to attract proposals from vendors interested in upgrading and improving the restaurant, scheduling or providing space for weddings, receptions, and other outdoor activities such as disc golf, cyclo-cross, equestrian events, etc.

Parks will conduct at least one public meeting with the neighbors at the golf course club house and invite comments to the county council when a determination(s) has been made for the short or long term plans for the property.

When I use the golf application on my Vivoactive there is not option displayed to exit or quit the app. In one YouTube video it said to tap on the menu and to choose "end round". Mine only displays "new Shot".

I would love an answer to this as well- incredibly frustrating! I'm normally very good with computers, cell phones, etc., but this part of the vivoactive is not user friendly at all. Once you're into the downloaded course on the watch, there seems to be no way to get out of it. I end up fiddling around trying everything possible and then powering the watch off and starting over.
