Luxury Condos

The HOA has been recorded as condominium subdivision, we are expecting the County will review the documents and assign tax ids to individual units once built and surveys recorded. Each unit will have its own water and electric meter as well as its own patio. The HOA fee will be aprox $100 a month and will include: Trash Service Containers located on each side of the mid block, the property structural insurance, the gate, park maintenance and the street lighting and front landscape from the unit. All these items and more are included on the recorded HOA documents attached on the link and we expect the implementation is as planned by the government agencies and the HOA company.
