What types of services do you offer?
We offer traditional, candid wedding photography and cinematic videography including album designing, urgent passport photo and instant photo frames from our photo studio.
2. How much do you charge for wedding photography packages?
Well it depends on your requirements. We're dealing in flexible and customized wedding photography packages. To get an estimate Call Now to discuss with our team of wedding photographers.
3. Do you back up our photos and videos?
Yes, of course, as a professional it is our duty to back up your shoot data and we try our best to back up the data on 2-3 locations until we deliver the final output. However, we all must accept the fact that in today's digital world Technology is great, but everyone knows it’s not always reliable. Anything can happen, anytime with electronic devices.
Hence, we encourage our clients to take the back up on their end as well and take their final edited version of photos and video asap. (Usually, we do not take any responsibility of data)
4. What’s your cancellation/rescheduling/refund policy?
No one likes a cancellation, however we understand in this fast pace world sometimes things can happen. So, in this case it's the client's responsibility to inform us about the same. And talking about refunds so usually we never accept refunds in any situation especially for event bookings like weddings, office parties, family gatherings etc.
Note:- We accept refunds only under these circumstances, if the client cancels their booking within the 24hrs - 48hrs after the time of billing.
About Rescheduling, Generally, we confirm the timings from clients before visit to their location. However, if the client informs us before the date & time of the event that would be great, it helps us to plan things accordingly and deliver the quality output. Because no one likes the mess when it comes to work.
5. Do you use client images for marketing?
In today's digital AI world, we can totally understand your concern. Being professionals we never use our client photos and videos to market on any medium nor to upload them on any unrecognized platforms.
However, we accept that we upload some pictures and videos of our clients on recognized platforms only i.e. Instagram, Youtube & Facebook. It is just because we've to showcase our work to our prospects.
6. Do you provide services near Dwarka, Uttam Nagar & Najafgarh?
Yes, We serve in areas of Delhi NCR i.e. Dwarka Mor, Uttam Nagar, Najafgarh, Dwarka, Ranaji Enclave etc.
