All persons in the office must be wearing some form of face covering, which covers both nose and mouth fully.
All persons must call our office (315) 769 - 1100 before entering for any reason.
All persons must bring required documents & paperwork (Driver's License, Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, etc). We will notify you when you set your appointment what items we need to ensure your return is prepared efficiently and properly, lessening trips in and out of the office.
All persons entering the office will be required to answer a covid symptom questionnaire over the phone, and then sign when dropping off items.
Maximum occupancy is three (3) clients in the office at a time.
Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk.
Drop offs only: no sit down appointments until further notice.
When your return is completed, we will call you to come in, sign, pay, and pick up your copies.
