The Service provides plant-related tools and information, including but not limited to plant identification, plant care guidance, plant health information, watering reminders, and related educational content.
Some features may use automated systems, image recognition, artificial intelligence, or other technologies to generate results based on the photos, text, or information you provide.
The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional botanical, agricultural, horticultural, medical, legal, or other expert advice.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Content
You may submit photos, text, plant-related information, or other content to use certain features of the Service.
You are responsible for the content you provide. You agree not to upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited right to process such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, improving, and supporting the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. Accuracy of Plant Identification and Care Information
The Service may provide plant identification results, plant diagnosis information, care suggestions, watering guidance, sunlight recommendations, fertilization tips, and other plant-related content.
You understand and agree that results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or not suitable for your specific plant, environment, climate, or care conditions.
You should use your own judgment before relying on any information provided by the Service. We do not guarantee that any plant identification, diagnosis, recommendation, reminder, or care instruction will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
5. Watering Reminders and Notifications
The Service may offer watering reminders, plant care reminders, or other notification-based features.
These reminders are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time or received successfully, as delivery may depend on your device settings, system permissions, internet connection, operating system, and other factors outside our control.
You remain responsible for the actual care of your plants.
6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some features of the Service may be available only through paid subscriptions, free trials, or other in-app purchases.
Subscription options, pricing, duration, available features, and trial availability may vary by region, device, account, promotional offer, or time. The exact price and subscription period will be displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period. Your account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by Apple before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
All billing, refunds, cancellations, and payment issues are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies.
7. License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the Service or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes;
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others;
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- Attempt to access systems, data, or features without authorization;
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or misuse the Service;
- Rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions involving safety, health, agriculture, business, or financial matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, plants, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We may also change, add, or remove features, content, subscription options, or availability from time to time.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for managing or canceling it through your Apple ID account settings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
