Home Education Instructional Program (K–5)
Program Overview
The Home Education Instructional Program provides supplemental, parent-directed instructional support and enrichment services for home education students. Instruction is designed to reinforce and enhance student learning in core academic subject areas through structured learning sessions, guided practice, and enrichment-based activities.
All services are intended to support parent-directed home education instruction and are not designed to function as a private school, virtual school, or full-time educational placement.
Instructional Setting
Instruction is delivered in person at The Educational Center in a structured learning environment designed to support academic development and enrichment learning.
Instruction is provided through:
• Instructor-guided learning activities
• Small group instruction
• Individual academic support
• Independent practice and reinforcement activities
Class Descriptions
English Language Arts (ELA)
Students receive support in reading comprehension, writing development, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and foundational literacy skills. Instruction includes guided reading, writing practice, and skill-building activities.
Mathematics
Instruction focuses on number sense, operations, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning. Students engage in guided instruction, practice activities, and applied learning tasks.
Science
Students explore foundational concepts in life, physical, and earth science through guided lessons, observation activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
Social Studies
Instruction supports understanding of history, geography, civics, and cultural awareness through structured lessons and discussion-based learning.

Program Structure
The program operates on a scheduled weekly instructional basis and includes:

Application Fee: $100 (one-time, new students only)
Annual Enrollment / Placement Fee: $400
Annual Tuition: $8,000

Total Annual Cost
First-Year Students: $9,100
Returning Students: $9,000
