• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express permission.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App

• Use the App to collect or harvest data for any unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

• Upload malicious software or code

5. Disclaimers

• No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the plant identification results.

• Not Medical or Professional Advice: Information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered botanical, agricultural, or medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications and Updates
