N1 | Sergeant Major | - Have a total of 220 XP or get accepted into the Officer Academy

N2 | Warrant Officer | - Complete OA stages

O1 | Second Lieutenant | - Graduate from the Officer Academy

O2 | First Lieutenant | - Successfully complete your quota for 1 week and have no quota strikes or recent punishments

O3 | Captain | - Show activity and experience to impress Commanders for the weekly promotion conference or become a Minor Officer in any military division

O4 | Major | - Pass the senior officer exam and evaluation

O5 | Colonel | - Promoted from weekly Command conference. Show skill, trustworthiness, experience, and dedication

C1 | Commander | - In command of a GAR division

C2 | Battalion Commander | - In command of a GAR division with 100+ members

C3 | Marshal Commander | - Overseer of a Sector

C4 | Grand Marshal | - Overseer of all Sectors

L3 | Vice Chancellor | - Overseer of the Senate and Senate Guards

L2 | Supreme Commander | - Overseer of the GAR military

L1 | Chancellor | - Military and group overwatch
