If you want a custom-fit primed shell to restore the look of your 2004-2005 Toyota Sienna, choose Garage-Pro Fog Light Cover; if you need a complete, ready-to-install lighting system for winter driving in a 2019-2021 Nissan Altima, choose Misakomo Fog Light Assembly.
• Garage-Pro Fog Light Cover: Its greatest strength is the direct OE fitment for specific Toyota models with a primed finish ready for painting; the trade-off is that it provides only the protective housing and requires you to source or reuse existing bulbs and wiring.
• Misakomo Fog Light Assembly: Its biggest advantage is the all-in-one kit including bulbs, covers, and housings designed for easy plug-and-play installation on Nissans; the trade-off is that it is a full replacement unit rather than a cosmetic add-on for older vehicles.
• Best for: Choose Garage-Pro if you own a 2004-2005 Sienna and want to repair damaged shells without changing your electrical system.
• Best for: Choose Misakomo if you drive a 2019-2021 Altima and need a total upgrade for visibility during foggy or snowy conditions.
The Garage-Pro Fog Light Cover is designed specifically for owners of the 2004 through 2005 Toyota Sienna, covering CE, LE, XLE, and XLE Limited trims with the 3.3L 6-cylinder engine. This product does not replace the entire light function; instead, it serves as a high-quality replacement for the plastic housing that sits over your existing fog lights. If your current fog light lenses are cracked, yellowed, or missing entirely, this set offers a solution that restores the vehicle's original front-end aesthetics without requiring complex electrical work.
What makes this part stand out is its "primed" finish. Unlike some aftermarket covers that come in black plastic or unpainted resin, these units arrive ready for you to sand and paint to match your factory color code exactly. This feature is critical for maintaining the seamless look of the bumper. The package includes two covers, one for the driver side and one for the passenger side, ensuring symmetry across the front fascia. The design relies on precise interchange part numbers like 52127AE010 and 52128AE010, guaranteeing that the contours align perfectly with the bumper cutouts.
You should buy this if you are restoring a classic Sienna or simply want to fix a cosmetic issue where the plastic lens has shattered but the bulb socket still works. However, you should skip this product if your goal is to improve actual illumination performance or if you drive a vehicle outside the specified 2004-2005 model years. Since this is just a cover, you must ensure your internal components are functional before installing it. It is a restoration piece, not an upgrade in lighting power.

The Misakomo Fog Light Assembly targets a completely different audience: drivers of the 2019, 2020, and 2021 Nissan Altima who need a comprehensive lighting solution. This is not merely a cover; it is a full fog lamp kit that replaces the old factory assembly entirely. The product comes with everything required to get the job done, including the main housing made from sturdy ABS plastic, polycarbonate lenses, and the necessary bulbs. This all-inclusive nature means you do not need to hunt down separate parts or worry about compatibility between the bulb base and the new socket.
For those facing harsh weather, the engineering here focuses on durability and clarity. The polycarbonate lenses are designed to withstand impacts from road debris while allowing maximum light transmission, which is essential for winter driving when snow and sleet reduce visibility. The water-resistant design ensures that moisture won't build up inside the housing, preventing the common issue of dimming lights caused by condensation. Furthermore, the kit includes the front bumper insert fog light cover, so you get both the internal lamp and the external protection in one box.
This product is ideal if your current fog lights have failed electrically or if you have upgraded your headlights and want matching fog lamps. The "plug-and-play" description suggests that no rewiring or modifications to the factory harness are needed, making it accessible for DIYers who want to avoid professional labor costs. You should definitely consider this if you need to replace a broken assembly that includes the bulb. However, if you already have working bulbs and only need a cosmetic shell, this might be overkill since you would be discarding perfectly good electrical components.

In my opinion, the choice comes down entirely to what year car you drive and whether your lights are dead or just broken. If you are fixing a 2004-2005 Toyota Sienna, I recommend the Garage-Pro Fog Light Cover because it preserves the original wiring and gives you a blank canvas to paint for a factory-perfect look.
