Garage Initiative Society has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3), effective January 12, 2025. The organization is classified as a public charity under IRC Section 509(a)(2). Contributions are deductible under IRC Section 170. EIN: 33-2812527. 

As a nonprofit based in California, our mission is to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and resources to aspiring high school students, undergraduates, and young talents lacking opportunities. Your donation fuels this vision！

Funds directly support our programs: one-on-one mentorships, collaborative research projects with universities and businesses, and specialized workshops on innovation and business strategy. Per our Bylaws, all income—including membership dues, sponsorships, and donations—is transparently managed and detailed in annual financial reports . Every dollar helps us cultivate scientific literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and real-world impact through competitions, research papers, and business plans.
