By downloading, installing, or using GarageBook, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.
GarageBook is designed to help users:
Track vehicle expenses
Log fuel purchases
Calculate mileage
Store maintenance records
Manage vehicle documents
Schedule maintenance reminders
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Maintaining backups where appropriate
Protecting your device
Keeping your account credentials secure
Ensuring information entered into the app is correct
GarageBook may offer optional Premium subscriptions.
Premium subscriptions may include features such as:
Unlimited vehicles
Cloud backup
Advanced reports
PDF export
Family sharing
Additional analytics
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date.
All software, graphics, logos, icons, designs, text, trademarks and other content within GarageBook remain the property of GarageBook or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the application without written permission.
GarageBook is an organisational tool.
Although we strive to provide accurate calculations and reminders, we do not guarantee:
Fuel savings
Vehicle performance
Maintenance outcomes
Accuracy of manually entered information
Prevention of missed maintenance
Users remain responsible for maintaining their vehicles and verifying all information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GarageBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GarageBook if these Terms are violated.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time.
Continued use of GarageBook after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
