Imperial Military Guidelines
Introduction
These guidelines serve as instructions for enlisted and officers alike to advance their careers in the 327th Star Corps and gain an understanding of it. The 327th is a prominent frontline unit within the Grand Army of the Republic, known for its heavy assault capabilities and versatile deployment across key battles during the Clone Wars. The 327th specialized in large-scale planetary assaults, often engaging in complex combined-arms operations that integrated infantry, armored vehicles like AT-TEs, and aerial support from LAAT gunships. The corps operated as a key strike force in major campaigns such as the assault on Felucia. Their role extended beyond pure combat; the 327th also performed garrison duties on occupied worlds, maintaining order and security in the aftermath of battles. Known for its close coordination between Jedi leadership and clone officers, the 327th Star Corps exemplified the GAR’s doctrine of adaptability, strength, and discipline.
General Conduct
The General conduct rules are created to provide and set a standard within the 327th. They are basic expectations that should be followed by all members, no matter their rank/position, in goodwill and faith.
I. Maturity in official settings such as rallies, trainings, and patrols. You aren’t expected to be mature all the time, but use common sense, It should be stated that no argument should be initiated against your fellow division or group member because of personal ideals.
II. Flaming members anywhere will be taken seriously with potential removal from the division.
III. If you are removed from the game for bad behavior and return and continue misbehaving, you’ll be removed.
IV. You must be in the 327th for seven days performing divisional duties before you can be discharged/transferred unless the CO grants special permission.
V. Those who leave from the 327th before the period is over will be barred from the Corps for a month unless said otherwise by the COs discretion.
VI. Any game passes bought will be allowed to be used, for example, a clone with a lightsaber through the saber game pass.
Officer Expectations
Commissioned Officers are the leaders of this Corps. They’ve proven themselves to take the initiative and lead their men through their skills and talents. But they’re held to a stricter standard than their enlisted counterparts to ensure that whatever command structure they are a part of does not degrade.
Below is a list of what is expected from officers;
All officers are required to show enlisted personnel proper respect as they would expect from their fellow peers. Nor are they allowed to hand down punishments that are outside their purview.
Officers are to follow proper channels when promoting a member and allowing members into their company; failure to do so may result in punishment.
As an officer, they must ensure activity is kept by hosting patrols, training, and other events that will engage the community.
Proper behavior is required at all times, along with the agreement that they are prohibited from doing practices of nepotism, Admin Abuse, and free ranking.
Officers must carry out their Corps duties and GAR duties, though they may place more emphasis on their divisional duties, they can’t ignore general GAR activities.
Enlisted Expectations
Enlisted members are the backbone of the Corps, and most importantly, the GAR. Members ranked from Cadet to Sergeant Major are considered enlisted members. Enlisted members are required to meet the following expectations;
Upon seeing an officer, enlisted members are expected to salute until the salute is acknowledged, or if it goes unacknowledged, they will wait until said officer is out of their Field of View.
Upon reaching NCO+ (Sergeant+) enlisted members should be more proactive in the Corps and GAR, and potentially strive to become an officer to lead in the corps or higher.
Unless waived, an enlisted member must stay in a division for a week before discharging.
Enlisted Personnel must be affiliated with a company and squad progress in the division, or else they will remain divisionless privates.
