Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on month-to-month basis. The payment plan will be listed on Google Spreadsheet add-on sidebar and is subject to change at any time. Any fees that the we may charge you for the use of the Services are due immediately and are non-refundable. This no refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to the Services either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever.
