G&S Cheese Bait Co. was started in 1972 by Ronnie and Nancy Geary in rural Milledgeville, Illinois. 

Friends and family would come to the shed to share stories, grab a tub of bait, ask questions (Ron and Nan were quite the fishing experts), and sometimes even help out.

Today G&S is run by Ronnie's son Dave Geary of Thomson, Illinois.  Dave and his wife Judy, and some of those Milledgeville friends still work from the same original location to whip up that dip bait so you can catch the next big one.
