Smoking of all kinds is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the building

Plumbing lines in the building aren't built to handle sanitary pads/napkins/other related items being flushed into the toilet

Ensure you don't spill anything in the lift. It would lead to sensor failures and other unwarranted damages

Whilst taking your vehicle out from the parking lot, please make sure you do not head out in reverse

Though care is taken to make this building child proof, it is recommended that you keep a close watch on them so as to prevent them from unlocking any of the safety grills, glass on the terrace floor, and entering the lift without adult supervision
