Important dates

 Submission of Papers:

You are invited to submit original research abstracts within the International GaN4AP Workshop scope.  If an abstract has been accepted and selected for the presentation, authors are expected to present the proposed work in a workshop session.  

Templates: The abstract submissions can be made using the above template. 

All accepted abstracts will be included in the GaN4AP workshop proceedings and distributed through USB flash drives during the conference.

The extension version of the accepted papers will have the opportunity to be included in a MDPI Special Issue on “Electronics” – MDPI Journal, entitled “GaN Technology's Role in Next Generation Electronics Circuits and Power Applications”.
