Privacy Policy for GAMRA
Last updated: May 16, 2026
RACIM Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the GAMRA mobile application (“GAMRA,” “the app,” or “the Service”). This policy explains what information is processed when you use GAMRA and how it is used.
GAMRA is designed offline-first: your photography gear, plans, checklists, and settings are stored on your device. We do not require user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.
To provide weather features, optional push announcements, and to understand how the app is used, some data is sent to third-party services (listed below). We do not run advertising in the app.
Data you create in the app—including camera and lens profiles, saved locations, photography plans, checklist items, and notification preferences—is stored locally on your device. RACIM Systems does not have access to this data on our own servers.
If you uninstall the app or clear its storage, this local data is deleted.
3.1 Weather and location lookup (functional)
When you use weather or city search features, your device sends requests directly to third-party providers, not through RACIM Systems servers. Depending on the feature, this may include:
Geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) for forecasts you request
Search terms you enter when looking up cities
A generic app identifier in the request header (User-Agent: GAMRA_App/1.0)
Providers we use include:
Open-Meteo (weather forecasts) — https://open-meteo.com
OpenStreetMap Nominatim (city/geocoding search) — https://nominatim.org
We do not add your name, email, or account ID to these requests. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Location note: GAMRA does not require GPS for core use. You choose locations manually; coordinates used for weather are based on your selections, not continuous GPS tracking unless you grant location permission for a specific feature.
3.2 Firebase (Google) — analytics and push
We use Google Firebase services:
. Firebase Analytics : To understand app usage and improve GAMRA (eg: App opens, screen views, device/app instance identifiers, and similar diagnostic data)
. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) : To deliver optional push notifications (e.g. announcements, FCM registration token, message delivery metadata)
Google may process this data on our behalf as a service provider. Analytics may use the Android Advertising ID or similar identifiers for measurement and analytics, not for showing ads in GAMRA.
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase terms / data processing: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
You can limit ad personalization on your device in Android settings (Google → Ads). Disabling the Advertising ID may affect how analytics identifiers are collected on some devices.
We do not use Firebase to display third-party advertisements inside the app.
We do not require registration or maintain user profile accounts in GAMRA.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not route weather or city-search traffic through RACIM Systems-owned servers.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising networks in the app.
Distribution, updates, and app licensing are handled by Google Play. Any payment for paid features, if offered in the future, would be processed by Google; RACIM Systems would not receive your full payment card details.
On-device data: retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Firebase / provider data: retained according to Google’s and each provider’s policies and our Firebase project settings.
GAMRA is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
