This Policy does not cover Meta Horizon’s own payment processing, platform account services, or any third-party services, websites, products, or services that we do not control or own. If any of our games use additional third-party services, we will disclose them in this Policy.

We collect or receive limited information only as needed to provide app functionality in our Meta Horizon games. Depending on the game and the features used, this may include:

• 1. Meta User ID – Used to identify the player for app functionality, purchase entitlement checks, subscription checks, restoring purchased content, achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, or other platform features where applicable.

  2. User Profile Information – Some games may use limited profile information, such as Meta username or profile photo, only when needed for in-game profile display, leaderboards, multiplayer/social features, or other user-facing platform features.

  3. In-App Purchase and Downloadable Content Information – Used to verify purchases, restore purchases, and unlock paid content such as vehicles, levels, packs, modes, customization items, or other in-game content.

  4. Subscription Information – Used to check whether the player has an active subscription and to unlock related subscription-based content during the valid subscription period.

  5. Gameplay and Platform Feature Data – Some games may use platform-related data for achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, multiplayer, progress restoration, or other gameplay features where applicable.

All purchase transactions are processed securely by Meta Horizon’s payment system. Gamotronix Studio does not receive or store your payment card details. 

Usage Of Information

The information we receive is used only for app functionality and game-related services, including where applicable:

•  To verify in-app purchases and downloadable content.

•  To restore purchased content.

• To check active subscription status.

• To unlock paid or subscription-based in-game content.

• To display player profile information where the game uses profile features.

• To support achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, multiplayer, or other platform features.

• To improve gameplay functionality and provide customer support.

We do not sell Meta Horizon user data. We do not use Meta Horizon user data for third-party advertising or targeted advertising. 

Use of Cookies

Our Meta Horizon games do not use website cookies for gameplay. We do not use Meta Horizon user data for third-party advertising, ad tracking, or targeted advertising.

Our website or privacy policy pages hosted through third-party services may use basic technical cookies controlled by those services, but these are separate from our Meta Horizon games.

Included Third Party Services

Our Meta Horizon games may use Meta Horizon platform services for payment processing, in-app purchases, downloadable content, entitlement checks, subscriptions, achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, multiplayer, and other platform features where applicable.

Payments are processed by Meta Horizon. Gamotronix Studio does not receive or store payment card information.

Some games may use additional third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, backend services, or cloud services if needed for app functionality. If used, these services will process data only for the purposes described in this Policy and according to their own privacy policies.

We do not share Meta Horizon user data with third-party advertising providers or advertisers for targeted advertising.

Data Retention

We retain only the information necessary to provide app functionality, verify purchases, restore purchases, manage subscription-based access, support platform features, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

The type and duration of retained data may depend on the specific game and features used. We keep user-related data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

Deletion Request

If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your usage of our Meta Horizon games, please contact us at gamotronixstudio@gmail.com.

Please include the name of the game and your request details. We will review and respond to your request and delete any user-related data stored by Gamotronix Studio where applicable.

Please note that purchase records, payment processing data, and Meta account-related data handled by Meta Horizon are managed by Meta according to Meta’s own policies.

Disclosure of Your (User) information

Gamotronix Studio does not sell personal information and does not share Meta Horizon user data with advertisers for targeted advertising.

We may disclose information only in limited cases, including:

• • When required to provide app functionality, such as purchase verification, entitlement checks, subscriptions, achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, multiplayer, or other platform features.

  • To service providers that help us operate, maintain, support, or improve our games, where applicable.

  • When required by law, legal process, or government request.

  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Gamotronix Studio, our users, or others.

  • In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or acquisition of our business, where permitted by law.

Any service provider we use is expected to process data only for the purposes described in this Policy.

Children's privacy

Our games are designed for a general audience unless a specific game is clearly marked or configured for a different audience category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without appropriate consent or legal basis.

Some Meta Horizon games may request age group access only when required for mixed-age experiences, platform requirements, or age-appropriate functionality.
