Share Your Positions
GammonSnap lets you share the positions you see on screen with just a few taps.
Use the share button to send the current view as an image, whether from the evaluation screen or another part of the app.
Each shared position includes its XGID so others can load it into their own tools for further analysis or discussion.
You can also share multiple positions at once in the gallery, for example to send a collection of interesting ones to your chouette group or study partners.

GammponSnap utilizes the GNU Backgammon software, a renowned and widely used backgammon software, for performing position evaluations. Within GammponSnap, the evaluation engine is configured with the predefined setting 'Supremo,' which is optimized for accurate and insightful position analysis.
It's important to note that the evaluation process is performed on a server. This means that in order to request a new evaluation for a position, internet access is required.
