a. Which out of the 10 ideas called your attention the most?
The idea that I like the most is number 10 which is about providing assessment to students of any misunderstood topic.
b. How could you adapt and use any of these ideas in one of your classes for assessment purposes?
I would adapt this idea and maybe the others to reinforce any misunderstood topic. Also, I would create videos to explain the most difficult topics for students and to provide example so students can practice them. Online feedback is another option I would consider to assess students in their homework assignment in an explained and detailed way.
c. Download and explore one of free software Russell Stannard recommends to do screencasting. (In case downloading is not a possible option, go to https://screencast-o-matic.com/ which is an online option with no need to download). What do you think about it? Was it easy to use? Why?
In effect, screen-o-matic is a useful tool that is for free. I think it is easy to use and in case of extra instruction that website provides it. I would use it to provide feedback or assess students.

I have chosen this quotation due to its relevance in the professional area of teaching which is not just providing information to students so they can memorize it and then being evaluated through a test. I consider learning is a process firstly foster by teachers and later developed by students gradually in which teachers have to figure out how to do it without forcing them to student at one(only before a test) but studying a bit each day with this technique, students are required to be constantly reviewing their notes of any topic explained in class with the main point of insert certain knowledge in the surface of their memory(to be taken easily) to be used at any time without forgetting or using it just one time. Also, I believe such techniques like the one I have shared and the others from the article are valuable for future teachers due to old fashion teaching techniques are useless and should be stopped to learn and implement the ones which will change the actual perspective of education in sub developed countries.
