Once the artwork is complete, you’ll receive the original 4K+ PNG file, and other formats are available upon request.

Refund is only available before the sketch is completed and confirmed, and refund will not be accepted after that.
If I am unable to finish the commission due to certain circumstances, You may request a refund at any stage. Commissioned work will be sent as-is and the percentage of the refund will be determined by the artist depending on the progress.
